Tips for Being Active

We are pleased to relaunch our popular Lifestyle Tips series. Our new 2009 series are written and designed in collaboration with ParticipACTION. The Lifestyle Tips columns offer encouragement and practical suggestions for integrating physical activity into daily life. They provide helpful, motivational and easy-to-read information. They also offer a variety of insights on the role of physical activity in disease prevention, as well as tips on becoming more active and maintaining an active lifestyle.

The majority of the 12 articles per year cover the same topics as the Research File; others present overall results from the Physical Activity Monitor or other relevant studies.
