24-Hour Guidelines

The Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) in conjunction with the Public Health Agency of Canada, Queen’s University, ParticipACTION and other stakeholders across Canada have developed and released the first ever 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults. These new set of guidelines include recommendations for the appropriate amounts of daily physical activity, sedentary behaviours and sleep.
