Bulletin 8: Achieving sufficient steps per day among Canadian children and youth

This bulletin uses data from the Canadian Fitness and Lifestyle Research Institute’s 2014-2016 CANPLAY (pedometer) study, to determine the proportion of children and youth who achieve a sufficient number of daily steps.
