The Canadian Fitness and Lifestyle Research Institute’s 2014-2015 Physical Activity Monitor asked Canadians (18 years and older) about the degree of importance that they attribute to physical activity and their attitudes towards physical activity and sport.In addition, adults were also asked about various attitudes towards physical activity.
