Government-based studies

Purpose

The Canadian Fitness and Lifestyle Research Institute’s government-based studies are studies that assess policy, the degree to which these policies are aligned with national strategies, and programming for physical activity and sport within federal, provincial, and territorial governments. The data is based on questions asked of key representatives within government departments related to physical activity, recreation, and sport. The government-based studies are an important component of the CFLRI’s Physical Activity and Sport Monitoring Program (PASMP). These surveys are administered online. Stay tuned for additional information on these surveys as data becomes available!
